Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our NICU team in Austin, TX for a 13-week contract. Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends; no call required.

RRT certification required; ACLS, BLS, NRP and PALS preferred; NICU or pediatric experience a plus. Qualifications

• Current RRT certification.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience in NICU or pediatric respiratory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including nebulization and ventilator management.
• Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health and care.
