AMN Healthcare partners with a Major Acute-Care Hospital in Austell, GA seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist II (RRT II) for the NICU on the night shift. You will deliver neonatal respiratory care, perform assessments, manage vents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced respiratory care to neonatal and critical care patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate therapy needs.
• Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and medical gases.
• Manage ventilators, including weaning, waveform interpretation, and protocol-driven care.
• Perform airway management procedures (intubation support, extubation, trach care).
• Obtain and analyze arterial blood gases.
