Job summary

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital in Boynton Beach, FL, is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to deliver patient-family centered care in a NICU setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based practices, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

Eligible candidates must have an RN license, 1 year NICU experience, BLS and NRP, and BSN or ASN with commitment to ongoing education.

Qualifications

  • Licensed RN with current license to practice.
  • 1 year NICU experience or higher.
  • BLS and NRP required on hire.
  • ACLS/PALS may be required per department.
  • BSN preferred or enrolled in RN to BSN program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in the NICU setting.
  • Demonstrate core nursing competencies and evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
