Job summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a NICU Registered Nurse in Lubbock, TX. This 26-week assignment requires Nights shifts (3, 12-hour 19:00-07:00) with Epic charting. Start date 10/19/2026. Openings: 1. 1 year NICU experience preferred; TX license or compact license required. Housing and benefits available.

Qualifications

1 year of NICU nursing experience or equivalent
Proficiency in neonatal care procedures and equipment
Ability to work nights and 3, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

Provide NICU bedside nursing to neonates in Lubbock, TX.
Monitor neonates, administer medications, and document in Epic.
Assist with procedures and family teaching as needed.
