Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting required.
• Current license to practice as Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• Specialty certification recognized by the Magnet Recognition Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, life-saving care for premature and term newborns.
• Administrate IV therapy, antibiotics, and perform advanced procedures.
• Collaborate closely with therapy teams for newborn care.
