Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) licensed or in the process of obtaining WA licensure to work in the NICU. This is a contract position with a 3x12 nights schedule and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of NICU RN experience and an active WA RN license. Centra offers mileage reimbursement, competitive pay, and CEU/licensure reimbursement among other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent NICU RN experience.
• Current RN license in WA state.
• WA RN licensure or in-process licensure accepted for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in NICU per hospital protocols.
• Maintain patient safety, accuracy in documentation and care plans.
• Adapt to a 3x12 night shift schedule and contribute to team-based care.
