Job summary
Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced NICU RN for an immediate start in Tucson, AZ. The role covers Level III NICU care, 36 beds, and may float to a pediatric unit as needed.
On-site contract with flexible shifts requires at least 2 years NICU experience and prior travel nursing. BSN or higher with active RN license in the applicable state; strong EHR documentation and safety protocol skills; reliable team collaboration and mentoring abilities; familiarity with data analytics for
Qualifications
- BSN or higher with active RN license in applicable state.
- Minimum 2 years NICU nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient in NICU clinical procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to monitor and document patient status in EHR with accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate safety concerns promptly.
- Competence in medication administration and adherence to physician orders.
- Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team; participate in care planning.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
- Experience with data analytics or pipelines to track outcomes is a plus.
- Availability for on-site contract role with flexible shifts as needed.
