Qualifications

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources with accountability.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Supports patient satisfaction and staff morale and aligns with department goals.
• Adapts communication to respect privacy and cultural differences in care.
• Performs other related duties as required.
