Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced RN for its Level IV NICU, delivering specialized neonatal care to critically ill newborns. Located on our main campus, you will collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and families to provide evidence-based care around the clock.

This role requires a BSN with at least 1 year of RN experience, DC licensure, and CPR certification, with day/night rotation and weekend/holiday rotation expectations.

Qualifications

• BSN from an approved school of nursing (preferred).
• 1 year RN experience (required).
• DC RN license (or eligible) per location.
• Current CPR certification and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level neonatal care in a Level IV NICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Participate in rounds, education, and family-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and safety.
