Job summary

Tenet Healthcare’s DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Complete Care Nursery. The RN will lead nursing care for a patient group with collaboration across the care team, ensuring quality patient outcomes and smooth discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan required.
• AHA BLS required.
• Preferred 2 years NICU experience

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making activities
