Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery plans, and ongoing care needs.
  • Delegate and supervise assigned nursing staff appropriately.
  • Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
