Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a registered nurse to join the NICU team at Mease Countryside. The RN NICU provides care in a hospital setting, uses the nursing process, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

Shift hours are 6:45PM–7:15AM, full-time, with on-call and weekend requirements noted. Requires active RN license, BLS; NRP preferred and at least 1 year NICU experience; ADN required, BSN preferred. Facility details: Neonatal Intensive Care - NICU-MCH.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• At least 1 year of NICU experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• BLS certification required; NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and update the plan of care.
• Monitor patients and identify risk, ensure safe patient environment.
