Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-level, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise assigned staff, and ensure adherence to unit standards of care.

The role requires Texas nursing licensure, BLS certification, and hospital policy knowledge; NICU experience or completion of a Nurse Residency is preferred. A commitment to professional growth is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Additional certifications as required by department
• Knowledgeable about hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards and utilizes these when providing nursing care.
• Work experience: Minimum 12 months NICU RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program
• Works with confidential material
