Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 1+ years of Level 3 NICU experience.
• Interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to explain respiratory therapy procedures to patients.
• Certification/Licensure: RRT license in MA; NRP certification; BLS certification; ALS preferred.
• Annual continuing education to maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to patients and staff per standards.
• Performs respiratory therapies, monitors patient response and safety.
• Assembles and calibrates equipment, documents assessments and therapies.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in multidisciplinary care.
