Job summary

This role provides direct nursing care, including assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation for assigned NICU patients, while coordinating care with the broader care team to ensure smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and has at least two years of NICU experience.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Two years NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessment, planning, education and evaluation for assigned NICU patients.
• Coordinate care delivery with the multidisciplinary team to ensure flow of patient care.
• Perform patient care duties to maintain unit operations and patient flow.
