Job summary

Bestica is seeking a local contract Pharmacist in Houston, Texas for a 52-week engagement with 40 hours per week. The role focuses on neonatal care within the NICU, delivering direct clinical pharmacist services to critically ill neonates.

Qualified candidates have a PGY2 in Pediatrics (or Critical Care with NICU experience), NICU clinical pharmacy background, and a Texas Pharmacist license. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life plans, and PTO are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Completion of a PGY2 residency in Pediatrics; PGY2 in Critical Care with NICU experience may be considered.
• NICU clinical pharmacy experience is required or highly preferred.
• Direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates.
• Texas Pharmacist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates.
• Collaborate with the NICU team to optimize pharmacotherapy.
