Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU night shift. This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week, full benefits, and a convenient night schedule with overtime opportunities.

Experienced NICU nurses may qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus. New night shift differentials have been approved to enhance coverage. We promote patient-centered care and professional growth within a large UHS network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• NRP, STABLE and/or required specialty training or course completion (or obtained within three months).
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
