Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 12-hour night shift. You will implement the nursing process and advocate for patient safety, documenting care according to established standards and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Experience: New Grads welcome; 6+ months NICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per current standards of care and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide patient advocacy and a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Participate in weekend night shifts and holiday coverage as required.
