Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking an experienced Neonatal ICU registered nurse to deliver high quality patient care during night shifts. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week at Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd, Guthrie, OK.

You will apply the nursing process, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and evaluate care outcomes for neonatal patients. Active RN licensure and BLS are required, with ability to obtain compact licensure if needed, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Position requires lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and other physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
