Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license is REQUIRED.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is REQUIRED.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is REQUIRED.
• 1 year of clinical RN experience; new grads may qualify under the hospital’s program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and decision-making within the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Mentor and support other nursing staff and students as needed.
