Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth is hiring a Registered Nurse for the NICU unit. This 63-bed NICU supports micro preemies to term infants with a 1:1 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio and in-house neonatology/NNP leadership 24/7.

The role requires 2 years of Level III NICU experience and NICU expertise. The hospital emphasizes evidence-based care, Magnet recognition, and family-centered rounds.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2 years of Level III NICU experience required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families; document learning needs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain professional practice standards per Texas Nursing Practice Act.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR and care coordination systems.
