AdventHealth is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide comprehensive NICU and newborn care under physician supervision. You will evaluate patients, perform procedures, and develop treatment plans while coordinating with families and the NICU team.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing with Neonatal Certification, Florida APRN license with Neonatal certification, and NRP certification, with 2+ years NICU APRN experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Florida.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Nursing with Neonatal Certification is required.
• 1–2 years of NICU RN experience is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of NICU experience as a Neonatal APRN is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide care for NICU and newborn patients within licensure and supervising physician scope.
• Evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans and interpret labs and diagnostics.
• Communicate with parents, specialists and NICU team members.
• Monitor incubators, ventilators and other specialized equipment.
• Educate and support families about neonatal and postpartum care.
