Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain shift accountability for clinical and personnel activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Coach and develop nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor staffing and resources to align with patient care needs.
• Support unit goals and communicate the organization’s strategic plan to staff.
