Job summary

EvergreenHealth is seeking experienced NICU Level III RNs for our Children’s Services department in the Puget Sound region. Per diem assignments offer flexible hours and premium pay when meeting monthly hours and holiday/weekend requirements.

Desirable candidates have recent Level III NICU experience, WA RN licensure, and current BLS, PALS (as applicable) and NRP certification. Join a magnet-recognized system with strong nursing leadership and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the State of Washington with nursing degree.
• Current BLS certification by date of hire.
• NRP, PALS certifications as applicable, by date of hire.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient NICU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per standards and policies.
• Assess needs of assigned patient group and educate families.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Document changes in patient condition and communicate with team.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and reliability expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
