Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional limitations.
• Creating individualized therapy plans to improve movement and function based on the patient’s condition and goals.
• Post-surgical rehabilitation: assist patients in regaining function after surgery.
• Pain management: use techniques such as manual therapy, positioning, and guided movement to reduce pain and improve comfort.
• Patient and family education: teach patients and caregivers how to perform exercises and use assistive devices and follow safety practices at home.
