Responsibilities

• Actively coordinate the plan of care with the multidisciplinary team and facilitate safe, timely discharge.
• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance for assigned area.
• Participate in emergency response preparedness and staff training.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and communicate updates to staff.
• Provide after-hour services as assigned through on-call availability.
