Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and skill-focused coaching sessions for individuals and groups of players, aligning with Nicol’s coaching methodology and curriculum.
• Assess players’ abilities, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized training plans to help them achieve their goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players, focusing on technique, strategy, physical conditioning, and mental aspects of the game.
• Create a positive and inclusive training environment that promotes sportsmanship and personal growth.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in coaching, continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure seamless coordination of programs, events, and competitions.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents, and the Nicol community, fostering a sense of belonging and a love for the sport.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, club policies, and professional standards in coaching practices.
• Full-time: Contribute to the growth and promotion of Nicol through participation in marketing and outreach activities, such as clinics, workshops, and community events.
• Full-time: Monitor individual metrics and KPIs to reach specific goals that drive Nicol’s success and expands our reach.
