Prudent Engineering seeks a Construction Office Engineer in Buffalo, NY to support project administration for bridge construction and related infrastructure. You will enter contractor payments, process estimates, verify inspector calculations, and maintain project documentation and minutes.

The role requires NYSDOT/Thruway experience or equivalent, NICET III certification or equivalent, and a civil engineering or construction management background.

Qualifications

• NICET III certification or equivalent experience.
• Prior NYSDOT/NYSD Thruway inspection experience on bridge construction.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter contractor payments and process estimates.
• Check inspector calculations for payments and ensure payments match specifications.
• Maintain project documents and distribute/minutes of progress meetings.
