Job Summary

UW Health in northern Illinois located in Rockford, IL, is seeking neurologists of all fellowship trainings to be partners in our newly developing program. This is your opportunity to practice as you've always envisioned. UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital is a 350-bed hospital in the heart of Rockford, Illinois. Located just over 90 miles west of Chicago, the Rockford region has many exemplary amenities with exceptional growth potential in all specialties of neurology.

Roles will include general neurology with an opportunity to develop specialized clinics and focused care in subspecialty fields including:

• Neuroimmunology / MS
• Movement Disorders
• Epilepsy
• Neuromuscular
• Dementia / Memory Care
• Lifestyle Medicine

You will be an integral party of a collaborative network working within the framework of ongoing, continued process improvement; always striving to make a better program and excellent patient experience.
