Job summary

Nogales High School is seeking a part-time NHS- Assistant Football Coach to support the football program and mentor student-athletes at Nogales, Arizona. You will assist with practices, games, and supervision, helping create a positive, safe, and competitive environment.

The role starts immediately and reports to the Principal. The ideal candidate demonstrates commitment to student growth, safety, and teamwork within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Assist in designing and implementing activities related to football program.
• Oversee volunteers and supervise student participants during all program aspects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in planning practice sessions and game day activities.

Job Description

The job of ASSISTANT COACH- was established for the purpose/s of assisting in designing and implementing various activities related to this sport in accordance with applicable rules and regulations related to the student activity; overseeingvolunteers; providing supervision of student participants during all aspects of the program; using sound instructional techniques in overseeing thestudents' activities; serving as a positive role model to student participants; and may serve in a liaison capacity for the school andthis program with other schools both within and/or outside the district. Individuals in this job classification are assigned to a position at theschool level.
