Qualifications

• High degree of expertise in NHL trading plus knowledge of NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA Football/Basketball, soccer, and tennis.
• Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills – ability to build and test betting models, calculate and convert odds/EV on the fly.
• Results driven work ethic focused on improving process, results and profitability.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Description - This position is 100% Remote

Duties:

• Manage client risk, ensuring the highest margins on Swish products through +EV decisions

• Manage and oversee depth chart accuracy, making time-sensitive adjustments in both prematch & in-play settings

• Trade live, in-play markets in real time — adjusting prices on the fly as line movement, sharp action, and in-game events unfold, and managing exposure through high-liquidity, fast-moving windows

• Strategically research & track verified news sources, being the first to uncover important news and understand the overall impact on betting markets

• Independently analyze betting trends in a scientific process, turning data into quantifiable trading actions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated sports trading or betting experience - this can come from time at an exchange, prediction market, independent/proprietary trading, or a documented track record of +EV, model-driven betting

• Deep understanding of sports betting, odds origination, and live in-play pricing dynamics

• High degree of expertise in NHL trading plus a broad sports market knowledge of NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA Football/Basketball, soccer, and tennis

• Strong mathematical, statistical, and/or analytical skills - ability to build and test betting models, calculate and convert odds/EV on the fly

• Results driven work ethic - focused on improving process, results and profitability

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business analytics, or sport management/quantitative business field

• Understanding of relational database systems (MySQL) / working SQL proficiency

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Data Science teams a plus)

Salary: $75,000 - DOE
