Job summary

Legacy Bible Church in Denison, Texas invites applications for the Next Gen Pastor who will oversee the discipleship pathway for Kids, Student, and Young Adult Ministries, and provide pastoral leadership to the Next Gen team and volunteers.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in Next Gen ministry, a seminary degree preferred, and a track record of developing leaders, managing budgets, and shaping age-appropriate discipleship pathways in partnership with parents.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Next Gen ministry or youth ministry.
• Seminary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, manage, and mentor/shepherd the Next Gen Ministry staff and volunteers.
• Lead the Next Gen Team and volunteers to develop a long-term plan for a strong discipleship pathway.
• Create and manage operational budgets for the Next Gen Ministry.
• Provide direction to staff and volunteers through vision, goals and plans.
• Develop disciple-making strategies for the next generation.
