  • You are eager to work across a large, ambitious, collaborative newsroom.

How You’ll Support the Mission

  • You will craft innovative, visual packages and presentations of our content across our website, mobile app, newsletters and social media.

  • You will experiment with different storytelling formats.

  • You will create engaging, content-driven illustrations for use across multiple platforms.

The Skills and Experience You Bring

  • You believe in the power of illustration and design to deepen engagement.

  • You are a strong visual designer, able to work well on deadline, and have experience working with photography and video.

  • You are proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop and InDesign.

  • You have a commitment to accuracy, clarity and journalistic rigor.
