Thrive Therapies Group is seeking a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to provide direct services to students in Cocke County, Tennessee. You will be assigned to a single school site, allowing you to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and families while receiving the supervision, resources, and structure you need to do your best work.

This is a school-based position with a consistent work location, stable student caseload, and the clinical and operational support you need to succeed.

• No Evaluations. No Case Management. Your focus is direct therapy. You'll provide speech-language services under the appropriate supervision without the added responsibility of evaluations or case management.
