Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire CNA and PCAs to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.

Essential Functions:

1. Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, and more.
2. Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
3. Accompanies patients on errands or medical appointments.
4. Performs light housekeeping activities.
5. Performs patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assisting with exercises, blood glucose monitoring, and care of bed-bound patients.
6. Uses lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts when necessary.
