Job summary

Bella Baby Photography is hiring photographers to capture families and newborns in hospital settings, with same-day proofs and a strong sales component. Training on our process, HIPAA, and safety is provided, plus ongoing professional development and holiday pay. Evening/weekend availability helps cover births and events.

This is a commission-based role requiring self-motivation and reliability, with opportunities to mentor others as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to mid-level photography experience; comfortable shooting in manual mode.
• Desktop photo editing with Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Photograph families and newborns in hospitals.
• Edit and present client proofs the same day.
• Participate in sales activities and training.
