Jovie of Seattle is seeking an experienced nanny for a newborn in our Seattle area family. The role starts Oct 20, 2026, with 20 hours per week and potential to grow to 30 hours when Mom returns to work.

You’ll care for our newborn, follow his schedule, and support early development in a relaxed, dog-friendly home. Ideal candidates have newborn-infant care experience, can take initiative while respecting parents’ preferences, and are comfortable around medium-to-large dogs.

Qualifications

• Strong newborn and infant-care experience.
• Comfortable following parents' rhythms and cues.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for newborn following natural rhythm.
• Coordinate with parents daily on baby's needs and routines.
• Offer age-appropriate play, stroller walks and outdoor time.
• Assist with baby-related tasks: wash bottles, light laundry, simple food prep as needed.
