Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to perform hospital-based hearing screens and educate families on early intervention. On-the-job training is provided, with annual certification accredited by the American Academy of Audiology, to ensure high-quality newborn hearing screening across hospital locations.
Providers screen eligible newborns, document results, and coordinate follow-up appointments as needed, while adhering to safety and patient education
As a newborn hearing screen technician, you will provide hearing screens in the hospital after a baby is born. You will work on-site at one or more hospital locations to screen newborns for hearing loss. At Pediatrix, you will receive on-the-job training. This includes annual certification accredited by the American Academy of Audiology. The Hearing Screen Technician (HST) performs hearing screens and provides education to parents on the relevance of hearing screens and the importance of early intervention.

The pay for this position ranges from $17.06 - $25.67 per hour and is based on years of relevant experience.
