Qualifications

• At least three years of experience representing creditors in foreclosures.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA is a plus.
• Experience in real estate or commercial litigation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of high-volume statewide foreclosure matters.
• Work within the firm’s case management system.
• Argue the merits of assigned cases at hearings or trials.
