Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY seeks a Bankruptcy Associate with 2–4 years of bankruptcy experience. The ideal candidate may eventually lead the Bankruptcy department. You will assist in managing cases from inception to resolution and draft pleadings, motions, and other filings with senior attorneys.

Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills are required; ability to work independently and in a team. JD from an accredited law school and NY Bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of bankruptcy experience or related practice.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong analytical and written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing bankruptcy cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
