Job summary

Reporting to the Teacher Engagement Leader, you will build district-wide programs, analyze feedback, coordinate engagement events, and help foster a positive school culture aligned with the district's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, human resources, or business.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Some experience conducting, leading, or facilitating groups of professional employee events.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the district to understand and meet new teacher engagement needs.
• Collaborate with school-based administrators, PR, recruiting to maximize impact.
• Multitask and manage key projects from start to finish.
• Develop, implement, and maintain engagement events plans and logistics.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data to measure engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the facilitation and management of programs and rewards.
