Gene Juarez Salons & Spas in Washington state is launching a New Talent Education Program for licensed hair stylists. This paid, three-month training program teaches advanced techniques, time management, and client-building under top artists.

The next start is January 2027 at our Southcenter training space. Work full-time Tue–Sat with strong opportunities to grow after completion. Compensation is $21.65 per hour, plus potential commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain license before start.
• 0-2 years of behind-the-chair experience.
• Commit to a 3-month training program.
• Full-time schedule - Tue through Sat.
• Open scheduling after program, including evenings and weekends.

Program Details:

The next 3-month program is scheduled to start January 2027 and will be located at the dedicated training space at our Southcenter salon.

Compensation Information

The pay for this position is $21.65.

*Employees in this position have the opportunity to earn retail product commissions per program guidelines.

We are looking for those who offer:

• Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license (unlicensed candidates may apply, but must have an active license before the start date)
• 0-2 years of recent behind-the-chair experience
• Ability to fully commit to 3 months of focused training
• Available to work a full-time schedule - 5 days a week: Tuesday through Saturday
• Open scheduling availability upon completion of the program, including evenings and both weekend days
