Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC. is seeking a Sales Advisor to launch and grow a new South Boston studio. You will connect with new students, build community excitement, and drive Founding All Access Membership enrollments from the ground up.

You’ll work with Studio, Area, and District Managers to hit monthly sales goals and ensure new students feel seen and inspired. We value outgoing, organized team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and can travel to nearby studios or local events to grow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in sales, especially memberships or subscriptions.
• Track record of exceeding goals, managing pipelines and driving conversions.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communicator with an approachable style and customer focus.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy; able to multitask across channels.
• Flexible for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize timely follow-up with inbound inquiries for Founding All Access Memberships.
• Champion local outreach efforts to build awareness around new studio openings.
• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses to foster community engagement.
• Identify potential company partners and bring partnerships to life using available reports.
• Conduct outreach to former members and non-member students to support lead generation.
• Plan and host in-studio events to engage the community and welcome guests from day one.
