Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is seeking a Trainee Driver in California to begin with paid training and a clear path to full-time miles on long-haul routes. This role requires a CDL A Truck Driving School certificate (min 120 hours) and a clean driving record, with DOT drug screening and hair follicle testing as part of the process.

You will complete pre- and post-trip inspections, deliver freight on time, and communicate clearly with dispatch. Home time is two weeks out, two days home with family.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL A Truck Driving School Certificate (min 120 hours).
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.

Trainee:

Paid Training Over the Road.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of Over the Road or Regional experience.

Account:

$1260 to $1500 per week and miles per week 2500 to 3000.

Home Time:

2 weeks out Over-the-Road and 2 days home with your family.

Duties Include:

Complete pre trip and post‑trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer on long‑haul routes while learning safe driving practices and professional road conduct.

Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

Recent CDL A Truck Driving School Certificate of minimum of 120 hours.

Clean motor vehicle record and background check.

Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and Hair Follicle Test.
