MOM's Organic Market in Springfield, VA is seeking Team Members to support our grand opening in December 2026. Roles include bagging groceries, stocking, cashiering, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

We offer flexible shifts, both part-time and full-time, with strong growth potential within the company. Benefits include competitive pay starting at $17.50/hr, weekend pay boost of $4/hr, holiday pay boost of $5/hr for nine days, paid time off, ESL classes,

We are searching for MOM's Team Members to join us! Our Springfield, VA store will open in December 2026, and we are hiring and training employees at surrounding stores to get ready for the grand opening.

Variety of shifts as early as 4 am and closing up as late as 11. Part-time, full-time available! We currently need team members during weekend and afternoon shifts.

Working in a grocery store, days are fast-paced and go by quickly. You'll be part of a store team where everyone pitches in to accomplish goals together. On any given day you may bag groceries, stock and face the chip section, cashier, help a customer find a product, spray/hydrate produce greens, keep our bathrooms sparkling, write grocery orders, etc. Each store has its own community of coworkers and customers.
