Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Commerce, TX. This is a full-time, school-based position that will run now through the end of the current school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students from K-12, helping them to overcome speech and language challenges, and promoting effective communication skills within a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students from K-12 in a school setting.
• Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students with speech-language impairments.
• Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
