Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Long-Term Care rehab facility serving elderly patients in Kingston, NY. The role emphasizes maximizing independence through purposeful activities and skilled interventions in a SNF setting.

Qualified candidates must hold a current State PT license; new grads are welcome. We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible shifts, and benefits including daily pay options and PTO.

Qualifications

• PT license is REQUIRED by the State.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients.
• Use purposeful activities and interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals limited by physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, developmental or learning disability, or adverse environmental conditions.
• Apply skilled observation and perform standardized or non-standardized tests and measurements.
• Interpret results to identify areas requiring physical therapy services.
