Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a Long-Term Care rehab setting. You will provide skilled physical therapy services to elderly patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility, focusing on improving independence and overall wellbeing.

The role requires an active PT license; new grads are welcome. Offers full-time status with flexible shifts and benefits, plus options like daily pay for staff.

Qualifications

• A current Physical Therapist (PT) license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• Perform rehabilitation in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients.
• Use purposeful activities to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals limited by physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, developmental or learning disability, or adverse environmental conditions.
• Apply skilled observation and perform standardized or non-standardized tests and measurements; interpret results to identify areas needing physical therapy services.
