Job summary

Motive Workforce in Nevada is seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to drive New Product Introduction programs for aerospace fastening and assembly solutions. You will coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales while engaging customers and suppliers to ensure on-time launches.

You will own schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones, maintaining compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards, and helping teams deliver at the highest quality in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate aerospace New Product Introduction programs from inception through completion.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales throughout the NPI process.
  • Track program progress and ensure milestones are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify program risks, roadblocks, and delays and develop solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Ensure new products meet customer requirements and aerospace quality standards.
  • Support quality planning and compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100 and NADCAP.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers and suppliers.
  • Provide program updates and communicate schedules, risks, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve NPI processes.
  • Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future product launches.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

  • Understanding of project or program management principles.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
  • Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
  • Aerospace fasteners, aircraft hardware, or aerospace assembly experience.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
  • Experience supporting aerospace OEM or Tier 1 customers.
  • MS Project, Aras, or similar project/program management tools.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, product launches, and production readiness.
  • Experience coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • PMP certification.
