Job summary

Carlisle Brake & Friction Inc is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the program launch of new products in Medina, Ohio. Responsibilities include cost estimating, process design, and coordinating prototype production. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management or industrial engineering.
• Experience with friction materials and applications is preferred.
• Good understanding of part manufacturability and design-for-quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage program launch of new products or component assemblies.
• Coordinate activities for prototype production and ensure quality.
• Continuously improve project cost position through sourcing alternatives.
